Terms of Use — RiftPilot Academy

1. Service description

RiftPilot Academy provides self-paced and archived cohort materials about Amazon Ads reminder workflows, lookalike audience preparation, creative refresh rituals, and funnel recovery documentation. Access is educational; you remain responsible for decisions inside your own ad accounts and storefronts.

2. Acceptance

By browsing or enrolling in programs described on niverrift.digital you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Notice referenced here. If you disagree, discontinue use of the site and do not submit forms or download materials.

3. Liability

Materials are provided as-is without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, RiftPilot Academy disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from reliance on course templates, including business interruption or goodwill loss, except where mandatory law states otherwise.

4. User obligations

You agree not to misuse contact forms, not to scrape the site in ways that degrade service for others, and not to misrepresent affiliation with RiftPilot Academy. You also agree to keep login or resource links confidential when provided for enrolled cohorts.

5. Termination

We may suspend access to downloadable resources or community archives if we reasonably believe terms were violated. Where suspension occurs, we will attempt to notify the email address you provided unless legal or safety reasons prevent disclosure.

6. Intellectual property

Branding, curriculum structure, templates, and site copy remain the property of RiftPilot Academy or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use templates for internal business purposes related to operating your own catalog; redistribution or resale of materials is not permitted without written consent.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Seoul have non-exclusive jurisdiction, and you may also invoke consumer protections available where you reside if mandatory law provides them.

8. Dispute handling and escalation

Before initiating formal proceedings, contact [email protected] with a concise description of the dispute, relevant dates, and desired outcome. We will respond within fourteen business days where feasible and attempt good-faith resolution, including optional video discussion for enrolled teams.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use to reflect new offerings or regulatory guidance. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a revised last-updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless mandatory law requires explicit consent.
