Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability regarding personal data we hold. Residents in Korea may invoke rights under the Personal Information Protection Act, including withdrawal of consent where processing is consent-based. We will verify requests proportionately and respond within timelines required by law.

3. Scope

This Privacy Notice covers data collected through our marketing site, contact forms, optional newsletter fields, and cookie-based analytics described in the Cookie Settings page. It does not govern third-party sites linked from our desk notes.

4. Third parties

We may use subprocessors for email delivery, hosting, and analytics. Contracts require confidentiality and processing instructions consistent with this notice. A current list of categories is available upon request and will be updated as vendors change.

5. Data collected

We collect identifiers such as name, email address, company name when provided, message content, and technical metadata like IP address, device type, and approximate region derived from IP. Analytics cookies, when allowed, generate pseudonymous usage statistics without selling personal data.

6. Retention

Contact form submissions are retained up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for legitimate disputes. Analytics logs tied to cookies are rotated according to vendor defaults, generally thirteen months or shorter when you withdraw consent.

7. Use of data

Data is used to respond to inquiries, operate the site, improve editorial content, secure sessions, and—when consented—to measure content performance. We do not use contact data to send unrelated third-party promotions.

8. Security measures

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures including access controls, encrypted transport, and vendor due diligence reviews. No method is perfectly secure; please use unique passwords if we provide authenticated resource hubs.

9. Updates to this notice

We review this Privacy Notice at least annually and sooner when offerings or law change. Archived copies may be kept internally to demonstrate compliance history.
